专利摘要:
The invention relates to a tool for producing folding lines in flat materials consisting of a metallic band-shaped basic body (1) with a working part (2) and a support part with a supporting edge (11). In order to create a tool which creates creasing areas and between these scribe areas in which the tool penetrates the area material only selectively, it is provided according to the invention that the working part (2) consists of creasing areas (3) with a profile which is rounded in cross section and of scribe areas (4 ) is formed with in cross-section from a tip (43) extending to the base (41) reaching, both sides sharp edges (42) forming flank surfaces (40), wherein the outermost rounded profile surface of the creasing regions (3) and the tips (43 ) of the scribe areas (4) have the same distance from the opposite support edge (11) of the tool. 公开号:AT516027A4 申请号:T50602/2014 申请日:2014-09-01 公开日:2016-02-15 发明作者:Joshua Jones 申请人:Böhler Uddeholm Prec Strip Gmbh; IPC主号:
专利说明:
Tool for the production of fold lines The invention relates to a tool for producing folding lines in flat materials such as cardboard, corrugated cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, plastic surfaces and the like, consisting of a metallic band-shaped base body with a working part arranged at a longitudinal edge thereof and a similarly spaced-apart support part with a supporting edge. For dimensionally correct and visually corresponding edges of folded objects, it is usually necessary to machine flat material by means of the above-mentioned tools, so-called creasing lines. The goal here is to reduce the bending resistance of the material along predetermined lines during processing of optionally cardboard, corrugated cardboard or plastic film to such an extent that later folds are easily possible at these locations and clean edges or folds are created. For example, in corrugated board processing, whether in a flat bed or rotary process, this is usually accomplished by flattening the wave medium by means of score lines. In this case, corrugations in the direction of the shaft or at a small angle to it are always problematic with respect to the formation of the edges. By alternately grooving and cutting by means of a combination line, an additional weakening of the material at the bending lines can be achieved, so that the orientation of the shaft has little influence on the quality of the crease 25 or folding. In particular, in the rotation process, combination lines have alternately serrated cutting sections and smooth creasing sections, wherein toothed sections protrude significantly above the height of the creasing. The disadvantage here is that in the bending line the corrugated cardboard paper lying outside in the finished product is cut in sections. Both the tightness of the end product and its optical quality are suffering. The aim of the invention is to provide a tool for the production of fold lines of the type mentioned above, which creates during a processing of flat material creases and molding between these cutting areas or Ritz, which may optionally only occasionally 5 penetrate the tool through the cover sheet or lamination of the surface material, in particular of corrugated cardboard. This object is achieved with a generic tool in that the working part is formed of creasing areas with a profile that is rounded in cross-section or with a separation-free flattening of the flat material and of scribe areas with flank surfaces extending in cross-section from bottom to bottom and forming sharp edges on both sides, wherein the outermost rounded tread surface of the creasing regions and the tips of the crevice regions are equidistant from the opposing supporting edge. The advantage achieved by the invention is that the later visible outer side of the edge of the sheet has no or only minimal extent of cuts. 20 Preferred embodiments of the tool according to the invention are characterized in the subclaims. A list of reference numbers is intended to facilitate the assignment of the components of the tool according to the invention. They show: 1 main body 2 working part 3 creasing area3o 4 scoring area 40 flank surfaces 41 base of the cutting edges 42 cutting edges 43 tips of the scoring areas11 support edge 5 show Fig. 1 shows a tool in Fig. 2 a tool in cross section A tool shown schematically in FIGS. 1 and 2, which shows only one embodiment of the invention, essentially consists of a base body 1 with a supporting edge 11 and a working area 2. For the manufacture of the tool, a band-shaped starting material is mostly used, in which the supporting edge 11 and the creasing area 3 or the surface of which is necessarily distanced. Scoring regions 4 are alternatively machined into the creasing region 3 by machining to form opposing flank surfaces 40, the sharp-edged tips 43 and the end face in the creasing region 3 being substantially the same distance from the supporting edge 11 of the tool. Depending on the production or material of the flat material, in particular depending on its different mechanical properties, for example when using recycled materials, it may be favorable that the thickness of the groove areas 3 of the tool is differently shaped in comparison with that of the base body 3. 25
